KUBOTA L3901 Hydraulic Pressure Adjustment Shims +25% Power

This listing is for the Kubota L3901 only, including common L3901DT and L3901HST configurations (gear-drive and HST). It does not include Grand L models or other L-series tractors. Please see my other listings for those machines.

Kit includes full color instructions with pictures, plus 3 genuine Kubota shims to increase the hydraulic pressure of your tractor.

Does your tractor lack power? Does your backhoe bog down? Does the scoop strain to lift a bucket of rocks? These adjustment shims will help bump up the pressure and bring back the muscle to your machine.

Most models ship with the pressure much lower than spec and dealers rarely check and adjust the hydraulic pressure before delivery. Also, springs and valves naturally wear over time and your pressure may suffer because of this. It is a good idea to check your pressure annually to see if adjustments are needed.

This listing is intended for those who already have a pressure gauge, or someone who is going to assemble their own gauge. It is VERY important that you do not exceed the maximum hydraulic P.S.I for your machine (use google to find the number). 2000 P.S.I in the instructions applies to the BX only.

We typically see up to a 25% increase in lifting and digging force when our kits are applied correctly. You may need all 3 shims, or just one or two, depending on where your tractor is to begin with.

The sizes included in the kit are 0.1, 0.2 and 0.4. We also have deluxe kits available with a 3500 PSI pressure gauge (see my other L3901 listing). We recommend this modification be done by experienced professionals and assume no liability whatsoever for the use of these shims. Instructions are included.

Please confirm your loader is a Kubota (if it says Kubota on the loader arms, it probably is) and that the male hydraulic connectors are mounted on the tractor and have a nipple on them — 99% of L-series machines do. If you have an aftermarket front loader or Kubota’s Swift-Tach quick-release system, contact me with a picture of the connector size and type. Very few loaders are aftermarket or Swift-Tach; most are actual Kubota-branded loaders without the Swift-Tach option.
